Estos términos regulan el uso de la app Bibli y de este sitio. Bibli la ofrece LEVANTNET CONSULTING S.A.S., Av. Manuel Córdova Galarza, km 11, Quito, Ecuador, teléfono +593 98 183 0764, correo soporte@levant-net.com («nosotros»). Al descargar o usar Bibli los aceptas; si no estás de acuerdo, no la uses.

1. Qué es Bibli

Una app para leer y escuchar la Biblia (Reina-Valera 1909 y King James Version) sin internet, con una voz de narración gratuita por idioma y voces adicionales de pago.

2. Licencia de uso

Te damos una licencia personal, gratuita, no exclusiva e intransferible para usar Bibli en tus dispositivos. No puedes extraer, descifrar, copiar ni redistribuir las voces o el audio de la app, ni venderla o modificarla, salvo lo que la ley permita expresamente.

3. Contenido

Los textos bíblicos son ediciones históricas de dominio público. La app, las voces, su diseño y el motor de narración son nuestros o los usamos con licencia; los detalles de las obras de terceros están en Ajustes → Créditos.

4. Packs de voces, pagos y reembolsos

Cada pack es una compra única por idioma, sin suscripción, que desbloquea 9 voces más. Al comprarlo, las voces se descargan al teléfono (unos 400 MB) y se pueden restaurar en tus otros dispositivos con la misma cuenta de la tienda.
El pago lo cobra y gestiona Apple (App Store) o Google (Google Play), con sus propias condiciones. El precio es el que muestra la tienda al comprar.
Los reembolsos se piden a la tienda donde compraste: en Apple, en reportaproblem.apple.com; en Google, desde el historial de pedidos de Google Play, según la política de reembolsos de Google Play. Nosotros no tenemos acceso a tu pago, así que no podemos devolverlo directamente.
Esto no limita los derechos que te reconozca la ley, incluida la Ley Orgánica de Defensa del Consumidor del Ecuador. Si algo no funciona, escríbenos y lo resolvemos contigo.

5. Disponibilidad y cambios

Podemos mejorar, cambiar o dejar de ofrecer funciones de Bibli. Si dejamos de ofrecer las descargas, las voces que ya bajaste seguirán funcionando en tu teléfono. Si cambiamos estos términos, publicaremos la nueva versión aquí con su fecha.

6. Responsabilidad

Bibli se ofrece tal como es. Cuidamos que funcione bien, pero en la medida que permita la ley no respondemos por interrupciones, errores de narración o daños indirectos derivados de su uso. Nada de esto limita los derechos irrenunciables que te dé la ley.

7. Tiendas

Si descargaste Bibli del App Store, también se aplica el Acuerdo de licencia estándar de Apple; si la descargaste de Google Play, también las condiciones de Google Play. Apple y Google no son responsables del mantenimiento ni del soporte de Bibli.

8. Privacidad

Cómo tratamos (casi ningún) dato está en la política de privacidad.

9. Ley aplicable y reclamos

Estos términos se rigen por las leyes de la República del Ecuador. Antes de cualquier reclamo, escríbenos a soporte@levant-net.com. Si no llegamos a un acuerdo, podremos acudir a mediación en Quito y, de no resolverse, a los jueces competentes, sin perjuicio de los derechos que como consumidor te reconozca la ley de tu país.

These terms govern the use of the Bibli app and this website. Bibli is offered by LEVANTNET CONSULTING S.A.S., Av. Manuel Córdova Galarza, km 11, Quito, Ecuador, phone +593 98 183 0764, email soporte@levant-net.com ("we"). By downloading or using Bibli you accept them; if you don't agree, don't use it.

1. What Bibli is

An app to read and listen to the Bible (King James Version and Reina-Valera 1909) offline, with one free narration voice per language and additional paid voices.

2. License

We grant you a personal, free, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use Bibli on your devices. You may not extract, decrypt, copy or redistribute the app's voices or audio, nor sell or modify the app, except as the law expressly allows.

3. Content

The Bible texts are historical public-domain editions. The app, the voices, their design and the narration engine are ours or used under license; third-party works are detailed in Settings → Credits.

4. Voice packs, payments and refunds

Each pack is a one-time purchase per language, with no subscription, that unlocks 9 more voices. After buying, the voices download to your phone (about 400 MB) and can be restored on your other devices with the same store account.
Payment is charged and handled by Apple (App Store) or Google (Google Play), under their own terms. The price is the one the store shows at purchase.
Refunds are requested from the store where you bought: Apple at reportaproblem.apple.com; Google from your Google Play order history, under the Google Play refund policy. We have no access to your payment, so we can't refund it directly.
This does not limit any rights the law gives you, including Ecuador's Consumer Protection Law. If something doesn't work, email us and we'll sort it out with you.

5. Availability and changes

We may improve, change or stop offering features of Bibli. If we stop offering downloads, voices you already downloaded keep working on your phone. If we change these terms, we will publish the new version here with its date.

6. Liability

Bibli is provided as is. We work to keep it running well, but to the extent the law allows we are not liable for interruptions, narration errors or indirect damages arising from its use. Nothing here limits rights the law makes non-waivable.

7. Stores

If you downloaded Bibli from the App Store, Apple's Standard License Agreement also applies; if from Google Play, Google Play's terms also apply. Apple and Google are not responsible for Bibli's maintenance or support.

8. Privacy

How we handle (almost no) data is in the privacy policy.

9. Governing law and complaints

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Ecuador. Before any claim, email soporte@levant-net.com. If we can't agree, we may go to mediation in Quito and then to the competent courts, without prejudice to the consumer rights the law of your country gives you.
